Cafe Name: The Whole Enchilada (TWE)
Description: Originally opened in December of 2017. It was remodeled in 2021 and reopened in March 2022. TWE is open for breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday and houses around 30 team members, including a small pastry team. TWE serves 400 per day between breakfast and lunch.
