Hours

Guaranteed full-time hours per week (40 or more)

Uniform

Uniforms with a $50 per year work shoe credit

Wage

Competitive wages. Annual baseline increases starting at 3% for eligible team members meeting performance standards and good employment standing.

Meals

Complimentary meals during shift. Snacks and beverages are also available and included.

Insurance

Majority company paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. 100% life insurance policy completely paid.

    The condition in which we carry ourselves and keep our facilities makes a statement about the personality and character of our organization. We want to make a stellar impression on our vendors, guests, students, etc that are coming by for a tour or visit.

  • Appearance

    All Team Member at Lavish Roots must be well-groomed. We care about our professional image and the impact it can create.

  • Facilities & Equipment

    Kitchen equipment and vehicles must be kept clean and orderly; we keep everything well-maintained. This not only supports a positive image, but ensures the timely and proper function of our machinery.

  • Visibility

    We must continue to be innovative in finding ways to increase visibility in the community. Maintaining a clean storefront and sidewalks that lets our guests know that “We are ready to serve you!”

  • Guest Treatment

    Providing high-quality service and treating guests with dignity and respect is not an accident, it is a direct result of teamwork and cooperation taking place in the building and the kitchen before service begins.

  • Internal Treatment

    You have a huge impact on how the emotional climate feels at work. A climate of respect and courteous treatment towards one another in the kitchen regardless of what shift one is on, is expected at all times. The climate you create is reflected in your outputs and performance during the shift, service, or event.
