Description: Originally opened in 2019 as a small catered cafe and closed in March of 2019 for remodeling.  Disco was reopened as a full service cafe in February of 2022.  The Disco team consists of about ten team members and serves breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday to 200 guests per day.
