Set up your Lavish Roots Commuter Benefit. Lavish Roots will match up to $50 of your monthly commuter cost which includes use of train, bus, subway, ferry, vanpool (must seat at least 6 adults), and parking. The Commuter Benefit does not include fuel costs.
The Commuter Benefit Program allows you to set aside pre-tax funds for eligible transit and parking expenses relating to your commute to work (gas not included). Any money contributed to your transit or parking benefit rolls over every month until it is used, or you are no longer eligible.

Start or Join a Vanpool
Vanpools require at least 6 persons who will ride together and will cost approximately $81.83/month per person. Drivers and volunteer van bookkeepers must complete the online orientation. Vanpool drivers can park in the parking garage (see information in section 5) or use street parking. To learn more about starting or joining a vanpool visit King County Metro.
Ride Public Transit
Take a Sound Transit bus to work. Adult bus fares range from $2.75 - $3.25 per single ride (or upon each bus transfer) for adults. A Sound Transit bus pass is $8.00 per day. Locate your bus route and schedule.
-
The Link Light Rail (coming in 2023)
Beginning in 2023 there will be a Rail Lot via Sound Transit on 120th at the new Spring District/120th Station. Trains will depart from this station every 6 minutes during peak hours throughout the day.
