Celebrating 10 Years: A Message from Chef B
This month, we celebrated a truly momentous occasion—our 10th anniversary! This year's theme, "From 4 to 400," is a reflection of our journey from our humble beginnings with just four founding owners in a small commissary kitchen in West Seattle to now over 400 strong, spanning multiple kitchens and cities. It’s been a remarkable journey of growth and transformation, and at the heart of our success is you, our incredible team.
We are proud of the atmosphere we have fostered and the unique culture that you all have embraced throughout our footprint. It’s not just about the work we do, but how we do it—collaboratively, passionately, and with a shared sense of purpose. This culture has been the driving force behind our accomplishments, and it’s something we celebrate every day.
Reaching the 10-year mark is no small feat—approximately 30% of businesses make it to this milestone, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. As we enter our next chapter, we are taking this opportunity to reflect and reevaluate our company principles—our vision, mission, and core values—to ensure they align with the team we are today and the team we strive to be in the future. Thank you for being such an integral part of our story and for your continued dedication to our success!

Help Rebuild Maleah's Family's Life After House Explosion
On October 15 at around 5pm my sister Maleah, her Fiancee Jarrett, and their daughter Aurora tragically lost their home to a devastating explosion via a gas leak. A contractor was replacing a water line and accidentally hit a gas line. Thankfully they had evacuated their home and are all safe and in one piece, but they have lost everything they own including their car and in a sad development - 2 important parts of their family, their cats - Luna and Jaxxson.
Our whole family is devastated for them and we hope we can get them the help that they need. We are so grateful for the support we have received so far - and we thank you deeply for your prayers, thoughts, and well wishes.
Your donations will be going towards a new rental home for Maleah and her family, clothes, necessities, and whatever they might need to recover from this devastating loss.
