Thank you to everyone and your families for celebrating with the Lavish Roots Hospitality Team at our End of the Summer Party. It was such a blast! Special appreciation goes out to Meagan McKinnon, the Event Chair, who absolutely rocked it along with everyone who volunteered to help with stations, food, set up, take down, and more. Meet Gladys
Talent Recruiter
Gladys is an HR professional with 11 years of experience. She most recently provided HR and recruiting services to small business as a freelance consultant. She enjoys learning people’s stories and the challenge of making successful connections between organizational goals and individual talent and potential. Gladys holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Eastern Washington University. She resides in West Seattle and is an avid runner who picked up biking and gardening during COVID. When not working she also enjoys trying new restaurants and taking her dog, Duke to the dog park. Gladys is excited to join Lavish Roots and looks forward to partnering with you!

Hi, I’m Nicole Ping – the Team Member Talent and Operations Coordinator. From growing up in California, moving to Illinois, graduating High School in Ohio, and residing here in Washington, I’ve been everywhere! When I am not working, you can find my husband, our German Shepard/Lab, and myself at the beach, in the mountains, or simply driving thru the great Northwest.
